Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Mixnauten® Music Tools, including dashboards, submission forms, reporting tools, support features and related interfaces available through the Mixnauten® website.

These Terms regulate only the use of the tools. Copyright ownership, licensing of works, and revenue sharing are governed exclusively by a separate copyright license agreement executed between the parties. In case of conflict, the separate copyright license agreement shall prevail.

The Mixnauten® Music Tools are technical and administrative tools designed to facilitate interaction with third-party music distribution systems and platforms.

Some tools are implemented using third-party technologies, including JotForm , integrated within the Mixnauten® workflow for submission, communication and operational purposes. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Access to certain tools may require authentication or the use of account credentials. Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials, for all activities performed through their access, and for ensuring that submitted information is accurate and up to date.

For specific operations — such as payment or payout requests — Mixnauten® may require enhanced identity verification, including the submission of a valid identification document. Such verification is requested only when necessary and is processed in compliance with applicable EU data protection regulations (GDPR).

Users agree to use the tools in a lawful and proper manner and must not submit false or misleading information, attempt to bypass security measures, or misuse the tools for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

The tools interact with third-party platforms and services. Mixnauten® does not control platform decisions, acceptance or rejection of content, processing times, outages or policy enforcement by third parties. Use of the tools does not guarantee distribution, publication or monetisation outcomes.

Mixnauten® may suspend or restrict access to the tools, in whole or in part, in case of misuse, security concerns, policy violations or requests from competent authorities or platform partners.

The tools and related information are provided for technical and administrative purposes only. Mixnauten® does not provide legal, tax, accounting or professional advisory services through the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixnauten® shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data or revenues, third-party actions, or delays beyond its reasonable control.
